Registration fees

Registration for the 16^th National Congress of the SFM

* SFM member with a valid current subscription.
**Collaborating scientific societies with a valid current subscription: Association Française de Cytométrie - Collège de Bactériologie, de Virologie et d’Hygiène des Hôpitaux - École vétérinaire Oniris - Fédération Française des Biotechnologies - Idéfi Man-Imal - Institut National de Recherche pour l’Agriculture, l’Alimentation et l’Environnement - Réunion Interdisciplinaire de Chimiothérapie Anti-Infectieuse - Société Française d’Hygiène Hospitalière - Société Française d’Immunologie - Société Française de Mycologie Médicale - Société Française des Microscopies - Société Française des Peptides Antimicrobiens - Société Française de Virologie.

⁽²⁾ To benefit from reduced registration fees, become a member of the SFM.

Registration fees include:

• participation in all scientific sessions,
• congress documents,
• entrance to the exhibition area,
• welcome reception on Wednesday 22 September,
• lunches,
• coffee breaks,
• VAT: 20%.

Dates available: Thursday 23^th September or Friday 24^th September

Payment and cancellation conditions

Registration

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the congress opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to  Alpha Visa Congrès / SFM 2021 before the congress.

Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event: no refund will be made.

Hotel reservation

Payment

Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of one night in the hotel indicated as first choice.

Modification

Any modification must be made in writing to  Alpha Visa Congrès / SFM 2021.

One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing to  Alpha Visa Congrès / SFM 2021.

From 90 days prior to the date of arrival, one night will be charged. From 45 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
