Payment and cancellation conditions
Registration
Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the conference opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the conference.
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Before 19/03/2018, 10% cancellation fees will be retained; between 19/03/2018 and 13/04/2018, 50% of the registration fees will be charged; after 13/04/2018, no refund will be carried out.
Hotel reservation
Payment
Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of the total number of nights in the hotel indicated as first choice.
The hotel reservation shall be cancelled if full payment has not been received by 15 November 2016.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Before 19/03/2018, a € 10 administrative fee will be charged; between 19/03/2018 and 13/04/2018, the equivalent of one night will be charged; after 13/04/2018, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
