Registration for ESLAV-ECLAM 2016 Meeting - 15 to 18 November 2016

(1) To benefit from reduced registration fees, become a member of ESLAV.
(2) Copy of your student card must be sent to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Registration fees include:
- participation in all scientific sessions,
- delegate bag: abstract book and documentation,
- entrance to the exhibition area,
- coffee breaks,
- lunches,
- welcome reception,
- meeting dinner.
Workshops registration - Optional
Thursday 17 November from 14:30 to 17:30 and Friday 18 November from 08:30 to 15:30

Registration fees include:
- workshops documents,
- skilled animal welfare assessment professional to handle the different groups
- a training certificate
- shuttles from Lyon city center to workshop locations and back to Lyon city center
- lunch.
Payment and cancellation conditions
Registration
Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the meeting.
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Before 30/09/2016, 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 01/10/2016 and 28/10/2016, 50% of the registration fees will be charged - after 28/10/2016, no refund will be carried out.
Hotel reservation
Payment
All accommodation request must be sent with full payment of hotel nights.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
One change is allowed without charge. Any other modification incurs a surcharge of € 10.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Before 14/10/2016 a fee of € 10 will be charged; after 14/10/2016, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
