Registration fees

Registration for the 23^rd European Society for Vector Ecology Conference 2024

⁽¹⁾ For Master or PhD students (a copy of your student card must be sent to Alpha Visa Congrès / ESOVE 2024).

Registration fees include:

• participation in all sessions,
• conference bag,
• welcome cocktail on Monday 14 October,
• cultural trip on Wednesday 16 October,
• conference dinner on Wednesday 16 October,
• lunches,
• coffee breaks.

Additional registration fees include:

Payment and cancellation conditions

Registration

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ESOVE 2024 before the meeting.

Up to 60 days before the event : 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event : 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event : no refund will be made.

Hotel reservation

Payment

All accommodation requests must be sent with full payment of hotel nights.

Modification

Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ESOVE 2024.

One change is allowed without charge. Any other modification incurs a surcharge of € 10.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ESOVE 2024.

From 90 days prior to the date of arrival, one night will be charged. From 45 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.

Authorization and consent to use photograph or image

By attending the 23^rd European Society for Vector Ecology Conference, you are aware that you might appear on photographs taken during the event. You are also aware that these photos may be used by the SOVE association in order to promote this, or future events.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for each photo involved, you authorise the distribution of these photos. If you appear in one of them against my will, you may ask the SOVE association to remove the photo. SOVE cannot be held responsible for the publication of this photo after a reasonable period of opposition.
