Registration for the fifth vanilla congress

⁽¹⁾ A copy of your student card must be sent to Alpha Visa Congrès / Fifth International Vanilla Congress.

Registration fees include:

• Access to all plenary talks
• Access to poster sessions
• Coffee breaks, lunches
• Book of abstract

Registration to side events

NB : After 31/03/2024, registration for side events will be subject to availability.

Payment and cancellation conditions

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Substitutions

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Fifth International Vanilla Congress before the meeting.

Reimbursement

Reimbursement of registration fees as well as the social diner and Vanilla Tour expanse will be possible for requests done until 29^th February 2024.
To validate this request, please send us for the request of reimbursement an official letter signed, mentionning the amount paid and way of payment, the reasons for cancellation (medical, else).
Please add a copy of bank details (IBAN or RIB in France) for the reimbursement.
