Registration for the meeting

(1) A student status proof for 2019-20 must be provided to Alpha Visa Congrès before the meeting by e-mail to team@alphavisa.com.
Registration fees include:
- participation in all scientific sessions,
- delegate bag: abstract book and documentation,
- entrance to the exhibition area,
- 5 lunches,
- coffee breaks,
- dinner on Monday 5 October,
- technical tour on Wednesday 7 October
- dinner on Wednesday 7 October,
- touristic tour on Thursday 8 October
- closing dinner on Thursday 8 October,
- VAT 20%.
Payment and cancellation conditions
Registration
Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the meeting.
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Up to 30 days before the event: no fees will be charged - less than 30 days before the event: no refund will be made.
Hotel reservation
Payment
All accommodation requests must be sent with full payment of hotel nights.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
One change is allowed without charge. Any other modification incurs a surcharge of € 10.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
From 30 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
