Registration for the Mass Cytometry Day

(1) To benefit from reduced registration fees, become a member of the AFC now.
(2) For students under 30 only (a student status proof for 2017-18 must be provided to Alpha Visa Congrès before the meeting by e-mail to Alpha Visa Congrès).
Registration fees include:
- admission to all conference sessions,
- conference documents,
- entrance to the exhibition area,
- coffee breaks,
- 1 lunch,
- VAT 20%.
Payment and cancellation conditions
Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the meeting.
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Before 21/02/2018, 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 21/02/2018 and 03/03/2018, 50% of the registration fees will be charged - after 03/03/2018, no refund will be carried out.
