(3) Below 31 years old at the date of the congress, a copy of your identity card or student card will be asked by Alpha Visa Congrès at the welcome desk.
Registration fees include:
- participation in all scientific sessions,
- delegate bag: abstract book and documentation
- entrance to the exhibition area,
- coffee breaks,
- welcome reception,
- lunches,
- congress dinner.

Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the conference opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to esa@alphavisa.com before the conference.
Cancellation must be made in writing to esa@alphavisa.com.
Before 25 April 2016, 10% cancellation fees will be retained; between 25 April and 17 June 2016, 50% of the registration fees will be charged; after 17 June 2016, no refund will be carried out.
Hotel reservation
Payment
Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of the total number of nights.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to esa@alphavisa.com One change is allowed without charge. Any other modification incurs a surcharge of € 10.

Before 25 April 2016, € 10 administrative charge will be retained; between 25 April and 17 June 2016, the equivalent of one night will be charged; after 17 June 2016, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
