(1) For students under 30 only (a student status proof for 2018-19 must be provided to Alpha Visa Congrès before the meeting by e-mail to Alpha Visa Congrès).

Registration fees include:
- access to all congress sessions,
- congress abstract book (pdf),
- entrance to the exhibition area,
- 6 coffee breaks,
- 3 lunches,
- welcome drink on 4 November,
- cultural evening on 5 November.
Payment and cancellation conditions

Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the meeting.
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Up to 60 days before the event : 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event : 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event : no refund will be made.
