* Your EURAF membership will be controlled by EURAF authorities. EURAF members having paid their fees in 2015 and/or 2016 are granted the reduced rate. Please note that only EURAF members are allowed to participate in the EURAF General Assembly scheduled after the Conference (25 May 17:30-20:30)
Registration fees include:
Access to all conference sessions, conference proceedings and backpack, lunches and coffee breaks on 23 and 25 May, conference banquet on 23 May.

Payment and cancellation conditions
Registration
Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the conference opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the conference.
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Before 1 March 2016, 10% cancellation fees will be charged. Between 1 March and 1 May 2016, 50% of the registration fees will be charged. After 1 May 2016, no refund will be carried out.
Hotel reservation
Payment
Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of the total number of nights in the hotel indicated as first choice.
The hotel reservation shall be cancelled if full payment has not been received by 25 April 2016.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Before 1 March 2016, a € 10 administrative fee will be charged. Between 1 March and 25 April 2016, the equivalent of one night will be charged. After 25 April 2016, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
