Registration fees

Registration for ESVV 2015 Congress + Epizone Meeting - 31 August to 3 September 2015

Registration fees include:

• Admission to all conference sessions,
• Conference bag: documents,
• Welcome aperitif,
• 2 lunches,
• Conference dinner,
• Coffee breaks,
• VAT 20%.

Registration for Epizone Meeting only - 2/3 September 2015

Payment and cancellation conditions

Registration

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the conference opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to esvv@alphavisa.com before the conference.

Before 31 May 2015, a 10 % cancellation fees will be retained - Between 1 June and 31 July 2015, 50% of the registration fees will be charged; after 31 July 2015, no refund will be carried out.

Hotel reservation

Payment

Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of the total number of nights.

Modification

Any modification must be made in writing to esvv@alphavisa.com One change is allowed without charge. Any other modification incurs a surcharge of € 10.

Cancellation

Between 31 May and 31 July 2015, € 10 administrative charge will be retained - Between 31 July and 15 August 2015, the equivalent of one night will be charged - After 15 August 2015, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
