Registration fees include:
- accommodation in a twin or single room, full board from Sunday 19 January evening (including dinner) to Thursday 23 January (including lunch),
- access to the workshop,
- workshop documents,
- entrance to the exhibition area,
- Beverage breaks and lunches,
- social event on Tuesday 21 January (early evening),
- VAT: 20%.
Please note that the number of participants is limited to 150. Registrations above this limit will be subject to availability of the host center, after discussion with the Organizing Committee.
Please note that accommodations are spread across two buildings: the main building, which also includes the conference venues, poster areas, dining facilities, bar, etc., and the ‘Chalet de l'Oérine,’ a building located opposite the main building and containing additional accommodations. This second building is located nearby and accessible on foot via an external staircase. Room assignments in either of these two buildings will be made by the Paul Langevin Center on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment and cancellation conditions
Payment
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the registration confirmation email. It includes all the useful information about the event and the corresponding invoice. All confirmed registrations are due.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the congress opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / RVV 2025 before the congress.

Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event: no refund will be made (no reimbursement).
