Accommodation information
Participants will be accommodated in the ‘Centre Paul-Langevin’ for 4 nights, from 19 to 23 January, in single or double rooms (subject to availability, with priority given to early registrants). Participants must notify the organizers at the time of registration with whom they wish to share their room.
Please note that accommodations are spread across two buildings: the main building, which also includes the conference venues, poster areas, dining facilities, bar, etc., and the ‘Chalet de l'Oérine,’ a building located opposite the main building and containing additional accommodations. This second building is located nearby and accessible on foot via an external staircase. Room assignments in either of these two buildings will be made by the Paul Langevin Center on a first-come, first-served basis.
