Registration fees

Registration for DSI 2024, European User Group Meeting

Registration fees include:

• admittance to the conferences,
• meeting documents,
• entrance to the exhibition area,
• 3 coffee breaks,
• 2 lunches,
• social event on Wednesday 20 November,
• conference dinner on Thursday 21 November,
• VAT 10%.

Accommodation at Novotel Barcelona Cornella

The indicated prices (per room, per night) include:

• breakfast,
• hotel service charges,
• government taxes.

Payment and cancellation conditions

Registration

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / DSI 2024 before the meeting.

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / DSI 2024.

Before October 31, 2024 an administration amount of 50% of the fee will be charged.
After November 1, 2024 the total amount will be charged.

Hotel reservation

Payment

All accommodation requests must be sent with full payment of hotel nights.

Modification

Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / DSI 2024.

One change is allowed without charge. Any other modification incurs a surcharge of € 10.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / DSI 2024.

From 90 days prior to the date of arrival, one night will be charged. From 45 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
