Presentations guidelines
All the conference Keynotes, oral communications and posters will be published and video broadcasted online.
Every abstract submission and presentation (oral or poster) involves rights assignment for Asic
to record and publish them on its website www.asic-cafe.org.

Pre-recorded presentations
The detailed pre-program is regularly updated with date, time and duration of oral and poster presentations (Local time: CET).
We kindly ask authors to create a narrated Powerpoint for their oral or poster presentation.
As time will be managed very strictly, talk must be prepared carefully:
- 10-minute presentation for oral communications in Oral Parallel Sessions.
- 3-minute presentation (3 to 5 slides) for poster presentations.

Presentations must be sent in MP4 format as soon as possible and before Friday 11 June at asic@alphavisa.com so that we can test it and get back to authors if needed.
- Example for oral presentation (10 minutes): S8-O-09, your file will be named: S8-O-09_NAME.mp4
- Example for poster presentation (3 minutes): S2-PO-15, your file will be named: S2-PO-15_NAME.mp4

Poster guidelines
An e-poster is an electronic version of the traditional poster.
E-posters must be created for e-posters without presentation and for poster presentation (with 3-minute pre-recorded presentation).
You can make your e-poster using a PPT or PPTX format, with one of the following templates (landscape format, 25.4cm x 14.288cm):
PPT template or PPTX template.
Key recommendations for posters:
- Use compatible fonts like Arial, Calibri, Courier, New, Geneva, Georgia, Helvetica, Times, Times New Roman, in black on a light background.
- The e-poster title font size must be larger than the body’s,
- You can use as many pictures, charts and graphs as you want, however, we advise you not to overload your e-poster to ease the viewer’s comprehension,
- Pictures must be in High-Definition to ensure a clear view on screen (there must be no pixelation),
- You cannot use animated pictures,
- You cannot use video files.
E-poster must summarize research and shall not exceed one slide.
The upper-right corner must mention poster presentation reference or poster reference (available in the detailed program or list of posters) as well as your name.
- Example for poster presentation (3 minutes): S1-P0-16, your file will be named: S1-PO-16_NAME.pdf
- Example for poster (without presentation): S4-P-09, your file will be named: S4-P-09_NAME.pdf
If you have submitted several posters, you must use a reference for each poster.
You e-poster must be saved as a PDF file and sent as soon as possible and before Friday 11 June at asic@alphavisa.com.
