Registration fees

Registration for the AFC-FSEV Hands-on Workshop 2024

Registration fees include:

• participation in all sessions (Wednesday afternoon lectures, Thursday selected practical modules and Friday morning analysis & discussions),
• entrance to the exhibition area,
• workshop documents,
• lunch on Thursday, February 8^th
• workshop dinner on Thursday, February 8^th
• 4 coffee breaks.

Registration for the Wednesday, February 7^th afternoon lectures only

Registration include:

• access to Wednesday, February 7^th afternoon lectures,
• entrance to the exhibition area,
• 1 coffee break.

Payment and cancellation conditions

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / AFC-FSEV Workshop 2024 before the meeting.

Up to 60 days before the event : 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event : 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event : no refund will be made.
