Registration fees
Registration for the 2021 ESVCP-ECVCP @nline annual congress
The congress will be held online.
You will be able to join the congress from wherever you are.
| Standard (pre-congress day + congress) | € 250 |
| Resident or PhD (pre-congress day + congress) | € 150 |
Registration fees include:
- Participation in the pre-congress day (participation in the pre-congress sessions is subject to registration and space availability),
- participation in all scientific sessions of the congress,
- congress abstract book,
- e-Posters,
- Records of all conference will be available for 6 months.

Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the congress.
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event : 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event : no refund will be made.
